Born and raised in Kansas, Jan has a native's first hand knowledge of our area’s geography, housing & land markets, and building trends.
Jan began as a carpenter and worked in many phases and types of construction, giving him a solid comprehensive and practical working knowledge of the materials and processes that will make your home more functional and attractive - and bring your project in on time.
As a general contractor and home builder for over fifteen years he has completed many projects for his customers - everything from simple renovations to complete site location, home design and construction.
